Safety & requirements

Is the activity safe?

Yes. All our activities are designed to be completely safe. We provide certified life jackets, a full briefing before you start, and continuous support from our team during the trip.

Do I need to know how to swim?

No, it is not required. The life jacket keeps you safe even if you are not a strong swimmer.

What is the maximum weight?

The maximum weight is 130 kg per participant.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Requirements may vary depending on the type of activity.

Getting ready

What should I wear?

We recommend: • Comfortable clothes • Shorts or sportswear • Light shoes or sandals

Can I bring my phone?

Yes, but we recommend a waterproof bag or leaving it somewhere safe.

Is photography available?

Photography is available on request.

How long is the trip?

Trip length depends on the package you choose; you can pick a duration that suits you when booking. Our base package includes a kayak, life jacket, and paddle.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Our cancellation and refund policy is: • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity (full refund) • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity: no refund • No-show: no refund • Bad weather or circumstances beyond our control: Duck may reschedule the activity, or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible • Late arrival: we wait for a limited time according to the operating schedule; if the activity cannot go ahead, it is treated as a no-show

What are your opening hours?

We operate daily from sunrise to sunset. Best times to visit: in winter, any time of day; in summer, sunrise and sunset are ideal.
